William R. Sparks

Mr. Sparks has over 30 years of human resources management experience in the communications and technology industry. He has extensive experience in start-up, small and large global corporate environments, as well as expertise in joint venture, merger and acquisition and IPO activities. Mr. Sparks is currently the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for TerreStar Networks Inc. Prior to TerreStar he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Greenberg Traurig LLP, one of the nations top law firms. He previously served as Vice President Human Resources and Administration for Alcatel Data Networks world wide operations and held senior management positions with Telenet, Sprint, and Sprint International. As a private consultant, Mr. Sparks founded a human resources practice serving over 30 funded technology start-up enterprises. Mr. Sparks received a Bachelor of Psychology degree from James Madison University.
